Ground texture missing but it isn't

Greetings all.

I've encountered a texture on my Embra Glesga which, although it displays in game, I cannot select in surveyor. It's used quite extensively and I'd like to replace it in case it causes any issue. Has anyone any suggestions as to what the issue may be?
