Nice as it is, it does seem strange spending all that money on paint/vinyls for a set that's probably headed for the North West within 18 months. It surprises me, given WMT are under a management contract, that DfT green lit this, as well, at a time when they're pointedly refusing to assist with negotiation between the RMT and the Rail Delivery Group, that would see an end to the strikes...
