M.Tbumpenv help!

I'm wondering if anyone can help me?
I'm trying to use the M.Tbumpenv shader on this postbox but at the moment it appears the normals and speculars are working but the diffuse is completely black rather than being a nice postboxey red, (I am using a bitmap for the diffuse) I've tried adjusting the ambient and diffuse colours. If anyone could help me that'd be much appreciated. At the moment this postbox is in TANE, but so I don't have to go the hassle of making a LOD as it's just over 500 polys I've set the build to be 3.5 aka TS12. Could that be the issue?
