Dave, I thought Balshaw was wonderful but Kate's Hill appears to trump it by miles. Looking forward with great aplomb to it's release.

Absolutely superb Dave! Superb.

What do you use to record it? I was looking at something I could use that allows me to add captions.

Can't speak for Dave, but when I make videos, I record using MSI Afterburner/RTSS, and then add captions, transitions and the like in Kdenlive.

Thanks all :D

The video was recorded in windows 10 using the Xbox game bar and then edited in Magix Vegas movie studio 17 Platinum .

Here's another starting from the current limit of scenery at the west end of my Kates Hill route (Norton heath is at the east end) running through to the long tunnel just before Priory Road station , This gives some overlap with my previous video . This time though it's a Brakevan veranda ride at the rear of a class 37 hauled empty class 9 part fitted freight returning to the Eastern region . Maximum speed is 35 mph so be warned it's a bit of a trundle compared to the previous video , so grab a drink and some bikkies and settle down for the ride ....

Been a while since I've done a video - this time it's a "Day At...", focused on London Bridge.

Trying to wrangle the AI into shape for a session on Klambert's Central London Line has been an excercise in frustration, but I think I'm more or less there now. This is just a video showing the AI around London Bridge (I'm pretty sure no derailments made it into shot!)

Superb video James , plenty of action :D
The 319 ride at the start : Did you set up additional view attachments in the coach or did you use something else ? Just tried to do the same in the NSE version but can only move to either side of the cab .

Thank you! Getting 25tph through Borough Market without the AI exploding or having a tantrum has been... challenging!

For the 319 ride, I used an attachment mesh to add an a.cabfront to the MSO, and then used an invisible cab (with "outside-visible-from-cabin" enabled to show the exterior mesh) asset to go into cab view and ride along

Another little video, this time on PFX's Midshire Vale. A journey on a Northern class 767 around the Rosworth Vale loop:

And cause I've been productive lately (maybe it'll make up for the long gaps), here's another one from Klambert's CLL:

Sounds great James , I'd have a use for it if you got around to releasing it ?
Do you have a bog standard DC motored EMU set of sounds in your collection or do you know of one on the DLS (Not the kuid:23299:53000 Z23308 enginesound that I'm currently using) , I have your 319 DC version but obviously it's got sounds unique to a 319 on it which is no good for using with other classes of EMU or in my case a 1st generation EMU ?

I'll try and get it polished up and uploaded to the DLS then.

Unfortunately I don't. The classic EE and PEP-derived units are two big holes in my recording (not including the ones that turned out too low quality to use for Trainz), I never managed to get to a PEP before they were withdrawn, though if Southern's 455s stick around I might be able to get some recordings from one of those.

Didn't you mean 313s? Southern do have 455s but they are not PEPs, they are Mk3 based.
